Yes, it’s that time again. The new list of Nant-y-Bedd Garden workshops for 2026. If you’ve missed any of these in previous years, then now is the time to sign up.

Two new external course leaders this year. Jo McKerr will be leading two workshops about wild gardening and meadows, bringing her experience of making a meadow on a former brown-field site. And we welcome Emma Drabble who will be getting us to re-think how we look at our gardens through the lens of a camera.

Mick Petts’ ever popular Garden Structures and the new Using Wood in the Garden kicks off the year in what we hope won’t be a snowy March.

We are delighted that Alys Fowler will be reprising her Writing the Landscape day for budding garden writers. Alys has also agreed to lead a day on Polyculture, a topic near to her heart for a second year.

Liz Knight’s foraging will continue the successful experiment of half days, with six dates to choose from, and remember the plants foraged are different every month, so you could easily do all six! Liz is also linking up with Sue for The Forager’s Garden, find out more by clicking the link below.

We will continue the idea of providing tea/ coffee and cake but not lunch. Please do remember to let us know if you have any food intolerances so we can get gluten free cakes or oat milk type things.
