Gold Star for the garden
At yesterday’s Llanthony & District Show we won a special Judges Gold Award for our vegetable garden.
Unfortunately we didn’t get a lovely Gold Certificate to show you here, but we were told that our vegetable patches were so much better than any other that they warranted a special award above First Place!! “Stratospheric!” in the words of one of the judges.
We also got First for the ‘Most Impressive Shrub’ after Sue had narrowed down a very wide choice.
